PRIVACY POLICY / EFFECTIVE 26 JULY 2026

Privacy, by design.

Delhi Robotics Works builds NIA to be useful without turning personal conversations, files or routines into a product. This page explains what the current website, NIA prototype and related tools handle.

THE SHORT VERSION

Use less. Explain clearly. Keep the owner in control.

  1. 01

    Minimum information

NIA is designed to keep only what a requested task or a safety check needs.

  2. 02

    Owner control

Connected accounts and important changes remain under the owner’s control.

  3. 03

    No data business

Personal information is not sold, rented or used for advertising profiles.

Browsing does not require an account.

The Delhi Robotics Works website does not currently use advertising trackers or build marketing profiles. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and time—for delivery, reliability and security.

If you email Delhi Robotics Works, the company receives your email address and the information you choose to send so it can answer your enquiry.

Design files stay in your browser.

NIA FitLab and MeshMark process supported CAD and mesh files on the user’s device. Delhi Robotics Works does not upload those design files to its servers through the current public-beta tools.

FitLab may save preferences and local review information in the browser’s storage so work can continue on that device. Users can export needed work and clear the site’s stored data through their browser controls.

Only the approved owner reaches NIA.

In the current private test, Meta may provide the registered sender’s phone number, a provider message identifier, the time and delivery-status information. NIA checks the exact WhatsApp account, business phone and approved sender before accepting an event.

NIA currently keeps only the message identifier and time needed to reject duplicates and measure WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window. The signed inbound webhook does not store message text, images, audio, documents or other message content. Unknown senders are ignored, and outgoing WhatsApp transport is disabled by default.

Connected services act only for owner-requested work.

NIA accesses Google Calendar or Google Drive only after its owner connects the account. It reads information for requested tasks, and changes such as creating or editing an event require owner confirmation. Access credentials are kept on the owner-controlled NIA device.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train a general advertising profile. The owner can remove NIA’s access at any time from Google Account settings.

Information is not sold.

Meta and WhatsApp carry WhatsApp events under their own policies. Google carries authorised Calendar and Drive requests. During the current webhook test, Cloudflare carries encrypted traffic between Meta and the private NIA device. The website host delivers these public pages and may keep ordinary security logs.

Delhi Robotics Works does not sell or rent personal information to data brokers. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or the rights of others.

Records stay only as long as they remain useful.

Minimal NIA receipts remain on the owner-controlled device only while useful for duplicate prevention, security and operation. Connected-service credentials remain until access is revoked or removed. Browser-local FitLab information remains on that browser until the user clears it.

Delhi Robotics Works uses access controls, signed webhook checks, exact-recipient rules and restricted local credentials to reduce unauthorised access. No system can promise absolute security, but NIA is designed to fail closed when identity or permission checks do not match.

Request access or deletion.

Send “Delete my NIA data” from the approved WhatsApp number, or email contact@delhiroboticsworks.com. Delhi Robotics Works will verify the request, remove company-controlled personal records that are not required for security or law, and confirm the outcome.

Information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare or the website host is governed by those providers’ policies and account controls.
