SOLID FIT CHECK

Add at least two parts

Triangle-level interference is checked between movable objects. Red crosshair markers identify the local triangle-intersection spots while each object keeps its normal colour.

This tiny inward diagnostic offset prevents a valid face-to-face touch from being treated as overlap. It is not an FDM clearance recommendation.

What “lock” means

Place objects individually. Click one; Shift-click adds more.

Lock checks the selected objects for solid intersections.

If clear, they become one movable rigid object. Unlock exposes every original solid body again.

A multi-body STEP opens as one rigid component. Unlock it when you need to manipulate its internal bodies separately.

Engineering boundary

A green result validates the final pose only. It does not yet prove that the part can travel along an insertion path, flex around a snap-fit, accept a fastener, or print within real material and machine tolerances.
